Information relating to planning requirements, regulations, costs, timescales or project feasibility may change and should be considered in relation to the circumstances of each individual project.
3. Our Professional Services
Consultant Line Architects Ltd provides architectural, design, planning, feasibility, masterplanning and related professional services.
The precise scope of services, fees, programme and project-specific terms will normally be set out in a quotation, proposal, appointment or other written agreement.
Where there is any conflict between these general Terms and a specific written professional appointment agreed with a client, the terms of the specific appointment will take precedence in relation to that project.
4. Quotations and Fees
Any prices, fees or service packages displayed on our website are provided for general guidance unless expressly stated otherwise.
Project requirements vary and we may therefore provide a project-specific quotation before commencing work.
Additional services or work outside an agreed scope may be subject to additional fees.

7. Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an instruction, you should notify us in writing as soon as possible.
Where work has already commenced, fees will remain payable for professional services performed, professional time incurred, work completed and any costs or commitments reasonably incurred on your behalf up to the date of cancellation.
Any applicable statutory cancellation rights will continue to apply.

Architectural and professional consultancy services involve professional time, expertise and work undertaken specifically for an individual client and project.
Once an agreed service, stage of work or professional task has been provided or completed, it cannot be returned and no refund will normally be available for that work.
Where a service has only been partially completed at the date of cancellation, any amount refundable will be considered having regard to the work already undertaken, professional time incurred and any applicable contractual or statutory rights.
