For an eligible project accepted under this package, our fixed professional fee of £2,995 becomes payable only when the agreed planning permission is granted.
If the application is refused, you will not be charged our professional fee, subject to the terms of your appointment.

The following is a summary of the proposed package conditions. The precise contractual terms will be confirmed in writing before appointment.
- The package applies to an eligible residential extension accepted by Consultant Line Architects Ltd following an initial assessment.
- The fixed professional fee is £2,995 inc VAT.
- The agreed professional fee becomes payable only following the grant of planning permission for the agreed extension proposal.
- If the agreed application is refused, no professional fee is payable under this package, subject to the signed appointment terms.
- Local authority application fees, mapping, specialist surveys, engineering services and other third-party charges are separate unless expressly included.
- Building Regulations drawings, Building Control applications, structural engineering and construction-stage services are not included unless agreed separately.
- Material changes to the agreed brief, withdrawal of the application, client cancellation or failure to provide necessary information will be addressed in the appointment terms.
- Planning permission remains at the discretion of the relevant local planning authority. Approval itself cannot be guaranteed.
